500LPH water softener system for water treatment automatic water purification machine drinking water treatment plant
Reverse osmosis system is using city water as raw water, then treat water by Pre-filter (water softener is optional), reverse osmosis membrane.
It can remove particle, colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion, bacteria, virus in water, and it can also remove 99% dissolved salt. The whole system desalination rate can reach 96%-99% to make permeated water conductivity<10 us/cm. Dense water also won’t polluted environment.
Reverse osmosis equipment no need to consider about input water quality too much. And the main features of RO equipment is no need to do any regeneration, it can be keep stable for long time.
The second stage reverse osmosis system use the first stage reverse osmosis system output water as raw water to make water to be more pure. Normally output water conductivity<2 us/cm.

1. Homepage: after you touch fast sel you can see 4 options.
2. Press Working process you will see picture as bellow: this one show whole system running and water level in raw water tank and pure water tank. When it is working, light will be blinking.
3. Press manual operation: You can press start or stop to control pumps and valves manual. After manual operate, pls change to auto mode. When it is blinking means part is working, if you need to stop it, just press stop or off button.
Notice: when you start manual operation, all protection function will be useless.

4. Press waring information to this page: this page will write all problems of machine including raw water tank lack of water, low pressure alarming....

Process: raw water tank→ raw water pump→quartz sand filter →activated carbon filter→water softener/chemical dosing system(optional)→security filter→high pressure pump→ro system→pure water tank+UV sterilizer(ozone generator) +precision filter+water supply point | ||||||||

Quartz sand filter: fill quarts sand inside, it can filter big particles impurities, suspended substances, colloids etc. | ||||||||
Activated carbon filter: fill activated carbon inside, to remove color, odor, residual chlorine and organics substances. | ||||||||
Security filter: fill cation resion inside, prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um. | ||||||||
Water softener(Chemical dosing system): adopt cation resin to soften wate/add antiscalant(buyer supply) , absorb Ca2+, Mg2+(main elements for composing scale), reduce hardness of raw water. | ||||||||
RO membrane: can remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99% dissolved salts. | ||||||||
UV sterilizer: for killing bacterial in water, be safe for drinking. | ||||||||
Component:
There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly.
a. Quartz sand: replaced about every 15 months. 50kg/bag
b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 15 months. 25kg/bag
c. Resin: replaced about every 15 months. 25L/bag
d. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month
e. Ro membrane: replaced about every 2 year
We suggest you buy 1- 2 years of PP filter cartridges together with machine. Because these PP filter cartridges need to replace every month.
