Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We started as a trading company in 1998, and we are in transition into an industry and trade company. That makes us more than a factory and a trading company. We provide OEM, ODM, and customization of outdoor gears, including camping tent, glamping tent, sleeping bag, inflatable sleeping pad, hammock, tarp, camping stove etc.
Q: How do you protect my design?
A: We can sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to guarantee that your design or patent won't be disclosed to another client or factory.
Q: How long does it take to make a sample?
A: Normally, it takes 3~15 days to make a sample, depending on the product. Tent sample may take a bit longer. Please contact us before placing a sample order so that we could go over some details.
Q: Do you have QC system?
A: Yes, we have a QC team for the goods inspection for every order. Every QC follows the same inspection SOP and use checking list to do the inspection. We conduct random sampling and judge according to the inspection standard of AQL 2.5. For some special orders and products, we also carry out in-production inspection.
