Application:

 

ZD126 D.C. Traction Motor is one type of the max power put in narrowgaged Diesel Locomotive. Main characters: wide rage of adjusting speed with constant power, good commutation and good generality. The frame is provided with welded steel plate and hugging bearing structure; Armature winding cross and lie flat,;Use Kapton insulation film on armature; Use NOMEX insulation paper to insulate to the earth; Bind unidirectional weft less gage on the front end of the slot, bind nomagnetic coated tin wire on the back end; brush hand is reaction type, brush hand spring is spiral. Motor use good insulation materials, rotor and stator use vacuum pressure dip coating . The motor is mainly used on narrow-gaged locomotives
