Machine Features: 

1. This machine adopts vacuum forming, equipped with automatic punch trimming function and conveyor belt stacking (three-station optional) function.


2. This machine uses a hydraulic device with 60 tons cutting force, which is strong and has a long life.


3. The whole machine parts are made of hard chrome on the surface to prevent rust.


4. The heating part of the machine is fully sealed to prevent temperature difference from being caused by external factors.


5. The vacuum tank is increased to 0.4m3, effectively increasing the vacuum force.


6. This machine adopts double-tube vacuum synchronization function, and the vacuum walkway is added to make the product molding more perfect.

• This machine is based on the imported of positive and negative pressure plastic machine in Germany. • The vacuum forming plate of the machine is moderate, the cooling is enlarged, and the hot air system is installed to avoid the water mark on the plane, and the speed and quality are only less than the positive and negative pressure integrated machine.
