Oil Based Mud Primary Emulsifier OPE
OPE.OBM Primary Emulsifier is a kind of synthetic low molecular weight polymers, designed through molecular structure, and it has a variety of surface active groups. It is a universal primary emulsifier, respectively, suitable for radical group of diesel oil, white oil and compounds. When it is used alone or in conjunction with OCL-OSE auxiliary emulsifier, high strength adsorption film can be formed at the oil / water interface, reducing the interfacial tension, and increasing the viscosity of the continuous phase, thus to preventing the aqueous phase liquid droplet coalescence to be large, and significantly improving the stability of oil-based drilling fluid system; meanwhile, this kind of primary emulsifier can meet the demand of conditions from low to high, the system’s characteristics of rheological and loss of high temperature and high pressure before and after high temperature aging are still stability, and it has a strong ability that against various pollutants insulting, actually it is an excellent primary emulsifier oil-based drilling fluid system. A variety of oil-based drilling fluid system configured with it can be increased barite, calcium carbonate and iron ore powders.
1.Mainly used as primary emulsifier in OBM such as diesel, white oil and synthetic base of oil-base.
2.Reduce the oil-water interfacial tension, and significantly improve stability of oil-base drilling fluid system.
3.Recommended dosage: low temperature 1.0%- 1.5%, high temperature of 2.0%- 2.5%.
