1. Crushing process for our wood pellet production line:
Description:
The ideal size for pelleting is 3 - 5mm. If the size of your biomass raw materials is bigger than 5mm, it should to use the Wood Chipper / Pulverizer / Hammer Mill for crushing.

What’s your raw biomass materials? Please inform us its size, such as the diameter or thickness.
2. Drying process for our wood pellet production line:
Description:
The best moisture content / humidity to pelleting is 10 - 15%. If your raw materials is too wet, it should to use our Airflow type dryer or Rotary Dryer for drying, they can reduce the moisture from 60~70% to 10~15%. Our stove is fueled by firewood, straw,coal... Any solid fuel is ok,which can save electricity consumption largely.

3. Pelleting process for our wood pellet production line:

4. Cooling process for our wood pellet production line:
Description:
After the pelleting process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60~80 Celsius, and the
moisture content of the wood pellet is around 10%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3~4%
moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to packing and store.
5. Packing process for our wood pellet production line:
Description:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet
affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we assemble our domestic best
Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.
Question 4:
For the sealing process, we have the sewing sealing and heat-sealing, which one are you prefer?
If you use the plastic bag to packing, we recommend the heat-sealing machine to you; If you use
the paper bag, woven bag, jute bag, the sewing machine is ok for you.
