This equipment produce small raw material and towel roll. It has the function of embossment, perforation, slitting and rewinding ,all of them can be finished on one time. This machine equipped with pneumatic jumbo roll lifter , pneumatic belt driving, tension adjustment and so on. Adopt air-shaft for reeling.
Main character:
1. Adopt Pneumatic jumbo roll loading, belt driving and web tension control devices, the final rollers are rewinded by air-fill shaft.
2.With air-fill shaft to rewind the final products, the orientation of core easy and nicety.
3.Adopt steel to steel edge embossing, independent cylinder controlling, easy to additionust, every layer not separate.
4.With Jog button on the front and back for threading paper ,easier and safer.
5. Add tail sealing and embossing function.(need to order)
6. Equip with the colored glue lamination units.( need to order)
