Product Description
Precision Encoder Disc for Motor:
We can provide different kinds of metal etching products according to the CAD drawings offered by client.
1. Product thickness can be achieved between 0.02 to 1.5mm.
2. Product size can be achieved between 1* 1mm to 700*600mm
3. Smallest open hole is Ø 0.02mm.
4. Smallest line width is 0.01mm.
5. Product precision is +/_ 0.005mm (common difference). It's generally 20% of material thickness
Etching Process:
Film(CAD output) →get the materials ready→Pre-treatment→DRY FILM(Lamination) →Exposure→Developing→Drying→Etching→Stripping → Checking,Packing,Delivery
Characters:
Precision Etching, Smooth Surface on Both Edges, No Embossment, No Convexconcave, No Burnisher Burr , No Warping, Any Complicated Pattern or Geometric Figure is Available.
Tolerance we can achieve:
Thickness below 0.2 mm, tolerance can be controled in +/-0.015mm
Thickness below 0.5 mm, toleracne canbecontroled in+/-0.05 mm
