The thermoforming process is controlled with PLC system with large vacuum form machinery and Robert trimming equipment. The maximum forming size is 3000×2000×800mm with thickness of 1-14mm.Forming of ABS,HDPE,HIPS,PP,PMMA and various of composite materials with the application of automotive parts, machinery cover panel, display panel, promotion stand, medical instrument cover panel, bathroom and plastic pallet for product etc. Can be chosen as flame retardant, anti-weather & corrosion surface brightness and surface dermatoglyph treatments.
