Our paving block making machine is of one year guarantee,during the period we could supply spare parts if they are broken.

Hollow blocks can reach 8-10Mpa,Solid bricks can reach 10-12Mpa,so they have a high pressure,can be used widely.

Instruction:

*   Mixer

All the materilas are put into the mixer tank and mixed in it at same time. It will need one worker to operate the mixer.

*  Conveyor belt

The mixed materials down from mixer conveyed to molding machine hopper for making blocks.

*  Molding machine:

 The molding machine is the key of all production line. By pressing the mixed materials, it can make block, brick, interlock paver and curbstone with different moulds.

It is controlled by PLC and Hydraulic station.

*  Block conveyor

It will support the fresh blocks.

The fresh block/brick come out from mould convey to the block conveyor. 

*  Trolley

The trolley will transport the pallets with fresh blocks to the store yard for curing. Usually transport 3 pallets each time.

Block sample,just change the mould to  produce different block

2.Payment terms:30% as down deposit by T/T ,70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable.
