Operating principle

Through the chain, the motor sproket wheel drives the sproket wheel on the long shaft, and then through the engagement of the sproket wheel of transition shaft and stainless steel chain on the roller, the roller starts to rotate. After entering into the roller, the materials will be washed by the spraying tube and scrubbed by the scrubbing btush so as to realize the cleaning effect. There are two water tanks at the bottom of the roller. The tank near to the material inlet side is cleaner tank, which connects with clear water through the water inlet pipe. The tank near to the material outlet side is circulating water tank, which contains the water coming from the roller after it washes the materials, and the water can be reused after being filtered by the filter screen in the water tank.
