Details about steel banding strapping
The high tensile strength steel strapping is made of cold rolling plain carbon structural steel and high quality carbon structural steel which was blue tempered by High frequency induction heating,then painted or galvanized and waxed in the end.It can bear bigger tension, and have good resistance to impact,so it’s widely used for packing in wood, paper, glass, stone, steel, metallurgy, non-ferrous metal industry and so on.

Blue tempered and waxed steel banding strapping
It’s made of good quality high strength low alloy steel specialized for steel strapping, quenched and tempered by “High strength steel strapping production line” that was self-designed developed and manufactured,which makes the steel strapping have high tensile strength and excellent toughness.Meanwhile a dense layer of Fe3O4 is formed on the steel surface,which is blue color. Finally, coat a dense layer of environmentally friendly water-based wax in order to enhances the rust resistance, reduces the friction and improves the lubrication performance.
