4 in 4 out High speed paper cup/bowl packing machine

One inspection machine can work for two forming machines (make the same cups) We have two speed of inspection machine, Max speed 200pcs/min and Max speed 300pcs/min

The position of cups do you can inspect :

1) Check the cup edge and inside of cups (Standard)

2) Check the cup edge, inside of cups, and the bottom of cups(Optional).

Our inspection machine compares with the independent inspection machine and the inspection device of the forming machine:

1) Our inspection machine can be installed on our packing machine. If you have our inspection machine, you don’t have to install a collection station. It is smaller than an independent inspection machine. You can save more space and let your worker works easier.

2) The inspection device installed on the forming machine is useless. The forming machine shakes a lot and will have Paper scraps, they will influence the camera of the inspection machine, the result of detecting is no meaning.

3)Inspect the cups by forming machine and independent inspection machine, the cups will send via long plastic pipe to packing machine after inspecting. The plastic pipe may cause secondary pollution. The result of detecting is not accurate.
