Introduction:
The line is widely used in agriculture irrigation, project, mining, environment protection tec. This machine adopts European advanced technology but made some improvements by us. It adopts terylene yarn weaven hose as reinforced lay, the terylene yarn weaven hose is inserted into vertical die by leading mould and device, then the hot PVC coated on the out and inner sides of the yarn by high pressure and make into flat hose at once. After cooling, dry, printing and winder, the lay flat hose will form roll as setted length.
Feature:
(1) Hi-strength terylene yarn and qualified PVC synthesis materials.
(2) Light weight, good flexibility, bright color, smooth smearing layer.
(3) Flat roll and easy for take back, convenient for moving and non limitation for length.
(4) Capable for keeping the flexibility and elasticity under the low-temperature water.
