Q1. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A.It could be caused by dryness.oil& dirt build-up,salt-water ,chlorine and not combed (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily .please try to make sure to wash &condition your hair at least once a week ,twice a week is better .if the hair is Indian Remy hair or non Remy hair it is not 100% virgin human hair .so the hair may tangle sooner and not last you as long as 100% virgin hair .
Q2.Why the colors of hair extensions don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A.The picture is to give an idea of our hair's texture. There will be slight variations between the hair you receive and the hair featured in the photo as different monitor have different displays or different light .it may lead to be slight variations in color and texture between each bundle, for they each are from a different donor.but you could dye or bleach the different lighter colors according to your like
Q3. How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A.human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Mongolian Hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke.
While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke.
Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.
Q4. Can I bathe, shower, swim, go out in the wind and rain, and play sports with my new extensions?
A.Your new hair will look as realistic wet as real hair does, and the extension will not show in water. You can wash and style your extensions exactly as you would your own hair (just do be a little gentler). Extensive water exposure will loosen bonding though-so dry carefully after. If you swim a lot, I recommend you wear a swim cap.
