Description of briquette machine:

This charcoal briquette machine is used to make sawdust into stick, the raw 

material can be sawdust, stalk powder and so on.

It is equipped with the auto controlling heating system. The product of this

machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house. 

 

Use and features of briquette machine:

This charcoal briquette machine is the main equipment to make stick solid fuel 

with such woodmaterial as bits of wood, riceshell or peanuts shell, etc. The raw 

material(12% Waterproportion)driedby the dryer(12% humidity)will be formed 

intofuel under high pressure and at high temperature.

This charcoal briquette machine adopts temperature adjusting indicator, it can

 work steadily at the fixed temperature andhas the feature of rational structure,

 being easy to operate andmaintain. The solid fuel produced by this machine has 

thefeature of being easy to light, andhaving high calorific value (over 20% higher

than normal wood), little pollution when burning and high density which is favorable 

to transportation. This machine can make full use of the remainder of farm and forest.

Working basis of briquette machine:

Using the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding at high

 temperature, under high pressure, wood element in wood material becomes plastic

 and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.

The raw material:

Any types of forestry waste and forest waste can be used for make briquettes Such as
