Structure

SUS and aluminium alloys as material. Consist of  food-grade conveyor,imported blade,Taiwan 

motor,frequency control system,one-piece funnel inlet,slice blade set,strip blade set,dice blade set.

Purpose

It can cut leafy vegetables scallion, garlic, leek, celery, Chinese cabbage, spinach, lettuce etc.

into slice or slice shape.

It can cut root vegetables like carrot, onion, bamboo shoots, eggplant into strip, slice or cube

shape by changing the blades. 

Widely used in

Central kitchens, vegetable processing factories,large canteens for schools and enterprises,

catering companies and so on. Save labor,water and electricity.

Note

It can be connected to the next processing step like cutting, drying, or packing in a whole processing line.

· Cut root vegetables like carrot, onion, bamboo shoots, eggplant into strip, slice or cube shape

by changing the blades.
