Application of surface type concrete vibrator  

ZW vibration motor for concrete is a type of vibration motor,  the eccentric block and a motor power fit each single or three phase asynchronous motor rotor shaft which are arranged on both ends,  the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the eccentric block vibration force, drive the whole body vibration. Concrete plate vibrator attached on the surface of concrete compaction, leveling instrument, operation at the bottom of the ZW plate vibrator installation of a plate, attached to the surface of plate and concrete, the excitation force is transmitted to the concrete mixture.

Structure features of surface type concrete vibrator  

 

1. It's made by adding two eccentric mass to each of the two end of one-phase, three-phase asynchronous motor armature.

 

2. It's completely dosed and string, conveninet to be disassembled and repaired. Power wires are made of four-core rubber cable.

 

3. The shell of the machine is made from aluminum alloy. It has light weight and high efficiency. Two covere are fined by three screws.
