(1)  What is the minimum order quantity?

      A:  Our Zealux brand: 1 PCS(Different sizes and models can be mixed)

      B:  OEM Order: 12PCS for this model(For other models, MOQ is different)

(2)  How long is the quality guarantee?

      Within 12 months under solid evidence without human damage for this model.                                    

 (3)  How long is your lead time?

      A: Our own brand in stock: 1 to 3 days after receiving payment.

      B: OEM order: 70 days after recieving deposit.(For other models, lead time is different.)

(4)  What is your payment terms?

       A: For air transportation, TT 100% payment before shipment.

       B: For sea transportation, TT 30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L.

(5)  Can I be a distributor of your Brand or Order our own brand?
