A:Yes,we have more than 100 staff in the first production and QC line.W have 9 SMD meachines, 2 reflow soldering, 6 extruding machines, 2 plastic injection mechines, own professional laboratory, and other machine lines.

Q:How do you control quality?

A:Sparta focus on Led strip light only.We control quality by a strict flowing systerm,ISO9001:2015 standard,from material such as LED chip,FPCB,and PVC to ever-improving structure and well-trained QC staff.

Q:Can you send us sample?

A:We can send 0.5 to 1 meter of one single color for free.The freight cost need to be collected.

Q:Do you have MOQ?

A: MOQ 1000meters each model.For color jacket and other non-standard products,MOQ depends on your requirment.

Q:What is the delivery time?

A: 9-35 days for less than 50,000meters.The factory practical production schedule shall prevail.

Q:What about your standard packing and shipment?

A: 110V/220V led strip light:Plastic reel with strong carton box.12V/24V tape light:Plastic reel in ESD bag with strong carton.

Customized packing is available. 

Ship by air,sea,expree such as Fedex, DHL, TNT, UPS are suggested.

Q:What's your payment term?

T/T, Paypal, L/C at sight are acceptable.

A:Warm white: 3000±200K

     Natural white:4000±200K
     Pure white: 5000K±300K
     Cool white:6500K±500K

Other color can be customized at MOQ 5000meters.

Q: What is your conventional color rendering index (CRI,Ra)?
A: CRI 80.

CRI 90,CRI 95 can be customized at MOQ 5000meters.

Q:What is the input voltage range of your led strip?
A: AC100-130V for 110V led strip

    AC220-240V for 220V led strip

Other color can be customized at MOQ 5000meters.

Q:Can we have Multiple Listee of your cETLus certification ?

A:Yes. After that,you can show your company information on the product and package,without any information of SPARTA.
