A2: Main in Europe, South America, North America (Canada), Asia.

Q3: Do you have a Quality Accreditation ?
A3: Yes, we have established the Quality Management System according to ISO 13485, under MDD 93/42/EEC (COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 93/42/EEC of 14 June 1993 concerning medical devices). Our ISO 13485 certificate was issued by TÜV Rheinland.

Q4: How long is your delivery time?
A4: 5-10 days generally.

Q5: Do you provide samples ?
A5: Yes, we offer samples and not free. 

Q6: What is your terms of payment ?
A6: 100%T/T before shipment, or 30% T/T in advance, balance against the B/L Copy.

A7: Usually, ONE year warranty. Also grant a warranty depends on the consumer protection laws in distributors' countries and regions if possible.
