 Introduce of the encoder disk:

1. Field of application: Encoder disk is widely used in devices and equipment , such as CNC machine tools, rotary table, servo drives, robotics, radar , servo controls and other military targets, all of which need to measure the angle .

2.Metal optical encoder disk is the main component of optical encoder. It has strong resolution, high precision and reliable operation. It is one of the most common displacement sensor, which is used to measure the shaft angle position.

3.The precision of encoder disk determines the encoder’ quality, the resolution depends on the number of code channels. Its working principle is to make the light through the rotating hole and control its speed. If the opening hole is uneven, it will have a direct impact on the accuracy speed of the encoder.
