Urea-Formaldehyde Molding Compound, also know as Urea Moulding Compound is produced by adding cellulose filler, pigments, cure regulators, lubricants into Urea Formaldehyde Resin, and drying, grilling, sieving.

Urea Moulding Compound Granules is more suitable for injection moulding machine.

Main Products:

1.UREA-FORMALDEHYDE Moulding Compound  (Powder or Granule).

2.MELAMINE-FORMALDEHYDE Moulding Compound, MMC also know as Melamine Resin.

3. Melamine Glazing Powder (LG110, LG220, LG250).

Glazing Powder, also called as Melamine Glazing Powder or Overlay Resin. Its main component has same molecular structure as Melamine Moulding Compound Powder but without paper pulp. It scatters on the surfaces of melamine tablewares in moulding step, which can make the surfaces of melamine tableware more shining.

Field of application:

UMC and MMC molding compounds can be used to produce many products.

1.Kitchen utensils and kitchen ware, imitation ceramic dinnerware, tableware (plates, cups, mugs, saucers, ladles, spoons,bowls and dishes), melamine crockery.

2.Entertainment products, such as dominoes, dice, mahjong, chess and so on.

3.Daily necessities: imitation porcelain, resin craft, imitation pearls, ashtray, coat buttons and pins, sanitary accessories, toilet seat, handle.

4.Electrical appliance: switch, sockets, wall-plates, MCB, wiring equipment, lamp holder, electric lamp socket, relay, plug outlet connector. 

Plastic woven bag with inner moisture proof polyethylene bag. Kept in airy, dry and cool place. 

Storage period: six months from the manufacturing date.

Transportation Caution: avoid moisture, heat, dirt and packaging damage.
