The Nankai Biotech Ractopamine Rapid Test Kit is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative (or quantitative) detection of Ractopamine Residue in meat tissue (chicken,pork, beef...).

1. INTENDED USE

The Nankai Biotech Ractopamine rapid test kit is for rapid test to qualitatively (or  quantitively) detect Ractopamine Residue in meat tissues(chick, pork, beef….and so on) . The total assay time takes approx.15 min.

2. TEST PROCEDURE

1. Remove RactopamineRapid Test from sealed pouch.

2. Suck at least 3 drops (around 100μL) of prepared sample, hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops into the specimen well (S) of the test device, and then start the timer. (See the illustration below)

3. Wait for red bands to appear. The result should be read in approximately 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5 minutes.

Store at room temperature . The shelf life is 12 months.

5. SPECIFICITY

It shows negative results if use the Ractopamine Rapid Test Kit to detect standards of Clenbuterol(100 ng/mL) and Salbutamol(100 ng/mL).

No cross-reaction with Chloramphenicol, Streptomycin, Tetracyclines, and Sulfanomides and etc.
