Features

1. Fan frame: it is formed in one step due to the use of advanced automatic processing technique, the thick zinc coating (180g/275g/m2) ensures great corrosion resistance, the bottom outlet design makes fan structure more reasonable.

2. Belt pulley: The V-shaped hub made of aviation aluminum alloy is light, tensile, high-strength, and unlikely to break.

3. Fan blade: six stainless steel blades which are formed in one step are aesthetic, durable and resistant to deformation, the blade passed the dynamic balance test and its reasonable angle ensures maximum air flow and minimum noise.

4. Shutter: High strength hot galvanized plate, the automatic opening-closing device makes it possible to open and close louvers completely, maintain a 90-degree opening angle to ensure louvers are windproof, rainproof and dust-proof.

5. Push-pull device: It has high strength and long service life by injection molding of industrial nylon with excellent toughness. The metal bar embedded in the guide rod increases the strength of the guide bar, and enhances the reliability and service life of the opening and closing mechanism.

6. Motor: Double support (E) belt drive, high performance 380V with 3C certified national standard motor, protection grade: IP55, insulation grade: F.

7. Belt: Imported B type belt is long lasting, deformation free, and requires no maintenance.

8. Belt tensioner: Aluminum and magnesium alloy material, mould forming support, no deformation and strong service life, use the inner side of the belt to tighten tightly, so as to avoid the reverse distortion of the belt and ensure the normal service life of the triangle belt.

9. Quality tests: JIENUO advanced exhaust fan is subjected to a series of tests, including noise detection, vibration detection, concentric performance testing, fan speed detection, air volume detection and machine efficiency testing.

Q: Why your price more expensive than other China suppliers ?
A: Our material we use is much better than other suppliers, we use zinc coated galvanized frame, stainless steel blades, aluminum alloy hud, all of these are high quality.

Q: What voltages you can do, if you can make special voltages ?
A: Almost all kinds of voltages we all can make, but for special voltages, the delivery time maybe more longer and price will be a little higher. Our normal voltage is 380V, 50HZ/60HZ, 3phase. 

Q: I want to use our own brand, is it ok?
