Layer

Our car sticker is totally 4 layers: 1. Transfer layer 2. Vinyl layer 3. Glue layer 4. Backing paper. We die cut the picture or word first, then put transfer paper on the surface.the vinyl layer can be different color, you can also use 2 color on the transfer sticker.

Application

We use 0.1mm pvc material, it's not easy to wrinkled or foaming(some other factories only use 0.08mm)

Flexible

We use soft flexible PVC material, it can still be quickly recover after folding it.

Temperature

Fit for 10-40 degrees,maximum temperature less than 50 degree.0.16mm can be reach to 70degree.(If you have high temperature requirement,we can recommend high temperature material bear 90-100degree)

Use life

3-5years for indoor used and 2-3years for outdoor used. but we only provide one year warranty.

A:Yes, you just send us your drawing by .ai .pdf .psd vector file, then we can make the cosmetic stickers according to your design, if can also make your pantone color number if you use silk print.
