II. Planting Method 

 

Hard fescue adaptability to various soils, in annual rainfall of 300 mm or more than 300 mm in the area can be planted. But in well-drained soil grow best. Hard fescue in soil and shade-hit areas barren of good growth and can tolerate moderate acidic soils, so in woodland and mountain's performance is very good. Hard fescue cold well, even at high altitudes also widely distributed.
Hard fescue is often used for lawns and parks and green slope without pruning. It can not endure long hours of summer heat, after a severe violation of difficult recovery, it is not recommended for frequent trampling the lawn.
