Overall machine adopt imported PLC to control tension and protection, to improve overall machine reliability.

 

Unwinding, gluing coating, laminating traction, rewinding four section closed loop constant tension by man machine interface control and replay.

 

Gluing is gravure coating method, coating blade shaft adopt heavy type double shaft machine independent moving, blade adjust is manual by pneumatic type, angle is adjusted freely, coating quantity is up to gravure roller mesh, different coating quantity can use different mesh gravure roller

 

Six section cylinder constant temperature oven, in/out air layering, negative pressure design, strong wind power, drying completely, secondary return air, it not only save energy, but also reduce remain glue contant

 

Oven inner guide roller adopt passive and active type, drive adopt synchronous belt wheel drive type to avoid the material stretch and distortional.

 

First unwinding and second unwinding (base material and liner) adopt EPC webguide, the film output of the oven adopt EPC inclined webguide

 

High precision gravure roller coating system, pneumatic blade, uniformity roller, glue cycle device

 

High precision back press three roller type laminated device, laminating roller adopt interlayer conduction oil cycle by electrical pipe heating, to make the laminating more uniformity and tight.

 

Coating and laminating machine adopt double frequency block drive, enter PLC computer program control

 

Use the cooling roller to make the laminated film more smooth and evenness.

 

Rewinding unit use two sets AC vector by PLC computer system control, pneumatic type back press roller blade cutting auto-rewinding, to reduce destroy.

 

Rewinding and unwinding shaft adopt tile type air shaft to load and unload the material more convenient
