3. What about Warranty?

A. All goods will be guaranteed for 24monts after shipment for normal use only (8hours per day is better). More than one year not use at all or use for 24hours per day constantly will not be guaranteed.

B. Improper use (wrong voltage, wrong power supply, wrong dimmer etc) will not be guaranteed.

C. For quality problem, we will send free replacements for bulbs or other spare parts as requested together with next order.

D. For damaged goods, you need to inform us within three days after receiving the goods. We will send you replacement spare parts (bulbs) or help to claim from the forwarder.

4. What kind of Payment terms available?

A. T/T is better for large amount. But all of our price will not include bank handling fee. You need to pay your bank as well as your middle bank handling fee. Our bank will never charge extra cost from the payment.
