Application:
LXTL vacuum and centrifugal turbine oil purifier is specially used to process turbine oil. On one hand, it can centrifugally separate the water and impurities in large amount contained in the turbine oil without filtration elements consumption; on the other, it can remove tiny moisture, impurities, gas and soluble acid by vacuum separation system, to regenerate lubrication ability of turbine oil and ensure turbine units safe and stable operation.
Working Principle:
If the turbine oil is polluted by large amount of moistures and impurities and need to be filtered and purified, cyclic centrifugal separation would be firstly adopted by the centrifugal oil separation system in order to separate large water and particulates from the turbine oil to make them reach about 0.5% (water content) and 0.1% (impurities content).
After separating large amount of water and impurities by centrifugal oil separation system, the vacuum system can remove the rest tiny moisture.
