    The cement spraying machine is mainly used in the building construction industry, both inside and outside wall for plastering and spraying mortar, gypsum putty and external wall insulation mortar spraying, the materials can be mortar roughcast, refractory coating, large building spraying fire materials, waterproofing coating and so on.

Lubrication and operation attention

 

    Keep regular lubrication in the gear box. The lubrication oil should use gear oil, and examine the eccentric gear and bearing parts on time.

1, must keep the machine in a stable position.

2, must keep the gear box always having oil.

3,examine each hose and pump, keep it unblock.

4,must keep the hopper having materials when spraying.

5, before using, put 5L water into the hopper, start the machine to pump the water ,so as to wet the hose, hopper and pump.

6, after using , discharge the rest of cement, and put water to pump, so as to clean the hopper, hose, spraying gun in case of blocking the machine.
