Screw
Using Screw for feeding raw material, allowing processing of various materials. Strong plasticizing ability, high injection speed. Using resistance heating coils to heat the barrel, adopting cold screw protecting device, the screw will not operate until the temperature reaches the setting value.
Safety Door
Adopts electrical and mechanical double safety device. The mould will not clamp when the door is open, which makes the production process safer and reliable.
Clamping Mechanism & Pull Rod

1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a factory for plastic machines and moulds.
2. How to choose injection molding machine?
The injection weight should be about 1.2* product's weight. The tie-bar space should be bigger than the mold dimension. Contact with us for more information.
3. How to pay?
40% deposit T/T in advance, the balance 60% payment by T/T or L/C before delivery.
4. Is it possible to send engineer to install and commission machine, even train our workers?
Yes, we can send our engineer to your factory for installation, commissioning, training. We have some engineers flying among different countries for after sales service and technical support. As per experience, if everything OK usually 5-15 days is enough. Therefore, we need you to prepare invitation letter for visa before shipment. However, please be noted that all cost happened for visa, travel, hotel should be paid in advance by customers. In addition, we cannot guarantee each visa is successful.
5. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Yes, definitely. 12-months warranty after shipment for mechanical parts, hydraulic parts, electric components (The screw just has 6-months). We are responsible for broken parts within 12-months. We will supply those parts for free but the possible transportation cost should be paid by clients.
6. What is different with A,B,C screw, What is the price different?
The screw model is designed for different material and requirements, the screw diameter Changes from small, middle and big. There is no price difference in the price for choosing A/B/C screw types.
7. May I visit your company?
