7.22 User found quality problem in the using process of machine, we response within 24 hours after receiving user’s notification, if necessary send engineer to user site. Repair personnel do not leave user site if do not eliminate failure.

7.23 Our company should provide spare part for repairing machines, and repair machine as per customer’s requirement.

8. Acceptance and installation
8.1 After equipment is completed, we will promptly notify the buyer come to our factory check it before acceptance. After buyer check and accept machine, and carry out terms of contract requirements, seller should delivery equipment.

8.2 Seller should run and test machine in no-loading and loading condition, ensuring machine could work when supply power at buyer site.
