Single shaft shredder adopts the advanced technology. It is mainly used to shredder and recycle all kinds of plastic, rubber, fiber, paper, wood, electrical components, cable and other material, such as drainage opening material, film rolling material, PET bottles, cardboard, Circuit board, wood, plastic barrels and so on.

Features of plastic shredder/hard disk shredder/mobile tire shredder:                                                      

1. Single shaft shredder is strong and durable. It is mainly used to shredder and recycle all kinds of solid material and refractory material, plastic containers , barrels and so on. Shredder particles can be as small as 20mm according to different needs.
We can also supply feeding hopper with different specification. This machine will be low noisy and energy saving.
2. Knife material: Cr12MoV( Japanese brand SKD-Ⅱ, American brand D2), the moving knife adopts ‘ V ‘ installation method, making it cut more uniformly, reducing consumption and noise. There are 4 cutting blades on each moving knife. It can be rotated 90° for further use after wear and tear; There are 2 cutting blades on each fixed knife. It can be rotated 180°for further use after wear and tear. The knifes on rotor can be disassembled, it is more easy to clean and maintain.
3. The main shalf is driven by gear reducer so that it is has stable operation, low noise and large torque.The reducer is a very important part of the shredder machine. Although the shredder is a machine with low rotating speed and large torque, the reducer is still important because of its high kinetic energy so that the rotating speed can be controlled effectively.
4. PLC progamm conrol system, automatic forward and reverse running and stop, it can run full automaticlly and make it more safely and reliablely running.
5. We can supply different rollers according to different material. Choosing the right rollers can improve machine performance and production efficiency. We can supply the following three rollers: High performance roller, hard material roller and film roller.
6. We have designed three different knives holders according to the material, such as welded knife holders, assembled knife holders and CNC cutting knife holders.
