Q1. What are the materials? Is it food grade?
Our general materials are national food grade coated paper and PE coated paper, which is certified with SGS and etc.
Q2.How to control the leakage problem during the mass production?
We have strict quality control system and adopt regular sampling during the production.
Q3.Will the cup get wet and soft after refrigeration?
Advanced technology helps us to get this kind of problem solved.
Q4.Does the cup have peculiar smell?
The printing ink we use is no irritating smell, it is 100% food grade.
Q5.What auxiliary products can be provided?
Normally are the PP , Pet lids paper lids , PP spoons, PP tray, paper tray. You can see on the size table clearly. If have other auxiliary products wanted, please provide related information, we will do best.
Q6.How many colors can be printed? Will it fade?
Normally print 4 colors, up to 6 colors but can add spot color (PS: add color will need to pay the color plate charge).
And it won’t fade because the printing will be protected by glossy layer or films.
Q7.What’s your production process?
Base Paper----PE coating---Printing---cutting---Shape Forming.
Q8. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen? Yes. we have R&D department, and could make personalized products according to your sample. If a new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.
Q9. Can you do design for me?
Our company do not offer design service. But we can do some simple design and adjustment: such as add your company logo, website and phone number on paper box according to your requirement. Paper box background color is decided by you, any color is available.
Q10.How can I get an accurate quotation.
Before we give you an accurate quotation, you should give me your inquiry which need include following information:
a. basic details of your products: like size, material, surface finishing.
b. total quantity and the quantity you will order in per design.
c. trade term: you must know we only do fob Shanghai now.
