SZB-D Type Paper cup making machine is multi-station automatic machine. It has continuous automatic procedures like feeding, sealing, oil -filling, washing, heating, knurling, convex knurling, curling, unloading, etc. It is ideal equipment for producing paper testing-drinking cups, market cups, advertising cups, etc. It is widely used for hot drink and some beverage.
Main Features
1)The main-frame of the machine is an incline. And the incline can help the cups easily drop into the plastic holes, the rate of which goes up to 99.99 %. it can reduce paper wasting
2) The shape of the head is oblate, which can seal the cups easily.
3) The machine can send the bottom paper to the cup automatically and adjust itself because of a spring
4) inside of the machine ,we use three ranges chains instead of conventional two ranges chains
5) we use gear running between the three turnplates running instead of chains
6)we use the import beeline gear inside the machine
7)we use alu material for heaters , this material is more safer ,once the machine stop unormal , the cup inside can not burning , but most factory use iron pipe material , it is easy broken and once machine stop unormal, the cup inside will be burning
8)We use sensor on machine,other company machine not have.
9)Our Curling set can adjust by yourself,it will easy for your to setting machine.Other company name curling set is fixed,can’t adjust by yourself.

1.Q:Where is your factory? How can I get there?
A: We are located in Ruian City Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.
To Wenzhou Longwan airport by Air, from Shanghai is about 45mins, from Guangzhou is about 1hr 50mins and from Hongkong is about 2hrs. We will pick up you in the airport.
2.Q:Can your machine be customized?
A: Your better improvement suggestions are highly appreciated. Almost all of our products can be customized, including the sizes, color, logo, package and so on.
3.Q :What's the OLD(order lead time)?
A: For our standard model machines is about 30days after receiving your deposit.
4. Q: How about your package?
A: Our machines are well wrapped by plastic film to be water proof first, then loading and fixing in a plywood case. If by FCL(full container loading) we might use the wooden pallet with plastic film wrapping, without plywood case.
