200T floor material PLC controlled die cutting press 

USE AND CHARACTER: 

            It is suitable for cuttingall kinds of floor& wall decorative materials (such as EVA floor , PVC antistatic floor , as phalt

 floor , rubber floor , carpet and etc.) into large pieces of finished product batch production . 
1.PLC touch screen program control , it has two kinds of cutting die setting mode ( automatic and manual ) to choose

for cutting .
2.The machine is adopted to safety light curtain ; infrared cross light positioin device ; water cooler , the working light 

and so on . 
3.Double oil cylinders , precision dour coulumn autom balance link structure , which can guarante the same cutting  depth of each cutting position . 
4. When upper cutting board drops down and touches cutting die , it can automatically slow cutting to make the cutting material no size erro between the top and bottom layers . 
5.Equipped with central oil supply automatical lubrication system , to ensure working precision and prolong the using life to machine 
6.Operating with both hads , ensures hight safety of operators . 
7.According to the customers’ requirements , we can dig hole on upper cutting board or lower lower worktable of the 

machine in advance  , they are used to install the floor material die cut tool
