Application:
Cores used in single phase or three phase distribution trasformers(oil-immersed or dry type)
Characteristics:
Compared to the traditional materials, amorphous alloy has the characteristic of high magnetic permeability and low loss at high frequency due to the random atomic structure, lack of magnetocrystalline anisotropy and high resistivity. Being an excellent soft magnetic material, amorphous materials now are widely used in transformers, inductors, sensors, etc., they can greatly improve the efficiency of the device and reduce the volume, weight and energy consumption.Especially in the field of distribution transformer, amorphous transformer saves 60% -80% no-load loss energy compared to traditional ones. Amorphous materials are known as “double green” energy-saving materials in the industry.
