1. Can these capsule beds be dismantled and transported in a passenger lift to a higher floor of a condominium?

Yes, we send thecapsules bed as dismantled parts, and help you installing all the accessory after shipment.

2. Is it possible to lay the capsule beds upon to 3 floor?

It's not able to lay upon 3 floors, maximum 2 floors.

Because it is over height and over weight,  250kg per bed. it's dangerous.

3. Can we order capsules with a mix of left and right access?

  Yes, our 2016 new model capsule bed with 2 options for the access of double decks, toward same direction or opposite directions.

4. I wonder total process step by step to buy the Capsule bed.

Total process:

    1) You choose the capsule bed and confirm the quantity, or send us the dimension drawing of the rooms, we recommend you the best suitable model.

    2) Make a deal, and we send the CI to you.

    3) Payment: Deposit 50%, pay the balance 3 days before delivery. 

    4) Capsule Bed Producing: Lead time about 7-30 days, according to the QTY.

    5) Capsule Bed Shipment: we arrange the shipment to the destination port, or your delivery partner pick the goods up.
