High Pressure PVC with NBR Lay Flat Hose
Construction: 4 inch pvc layflat discharge hose
The hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyester based 70% PVC with 30% NBR. The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn.
The "extrusion through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding
between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester.
Feature:
UV resistance, lighter and less bulky than most rubber discharge hose.
Resist abrasion and weathering, Resit kinking and stretching while in service.
More economic solutions replace NBR layflat hose and TPU layflat hose in some cases.
Application:
Suitable for use and recommended for industrial and agriculture applications in:
Dewatering and operations, Frac water transfer, Distribution of slurry and manure as
fertilizer. Fuel, oil and chemical transfer.
