1. How do you promise your quality?

    We have strict quality department to keep every step of quality. E1, E2, F1, F2, M1 class, all of the testing balances are imported from Mettler Toledo from Swizerland. They are the most advanced testing equipements.

2. What kind of certificate for weight can customer get?

    We have 2 kinds of certificate, one is factory certificate, free of cost; the other is authorized         certificate issued by national testing centers, which requires extra cost.

3. What are the scales you are using for accuracy testing?
    We use Mettler Toledo comparators & scales to test. 
    Model includes: XP6U, XP56, XP205, XP505, XP5004, XP26003

4. Can ACCURATE take OEM /ODM service?
    Yes, we can. As long as you give us technical requirements in details.

5. What's delivery date of my order?

    Most of the stainless steel weights we have in stock. They can be delivery within 2-3days (to re-test before delivery).  

    Cast Iron weights need some days to product, up to the order quantity, in general, it's within two weeks.

6. What's payment term you can accept?

    T/T or Western Union. 100% payment before delivery.

* chrome plated weight: 1g -- 20kg

* cast iron weight: 0.5kg -- 10 ton

* heavy capacity weight: 20kg -- 2000kg

* customized weight: hook weight, slotted weight, inner calibration weight & etc.

* AUTO-LOAD CALIBRATING MACHINE: increase scale output, shorten labour cost, reduce work intensity.
