The roller conveyor also named gravity conveyor, gravity roller conveyor, usually adopts the steel conveyor rollers to installed within a certain frame to transfer workpiece on the surface. One of the most used type is power roller conveyor, also called drive roller conveyor, because it needs drive

part to make the workpiece transferring on rollers.

     This roller conveyor os powered by drum motor (also called motorized roller, or motor roller, moor pulley, etc), can be divided into DC-24V drum moor drive roller conveyor and AC drum motor drive conveyor. The drive devices are: chain type, ribbed belt drive, O belt drive, timming belt drive, etc.

1. Warranty: 12 months.

2. Installation:

      a. buyer installed themselves according to our brief guide note;

      b. we send technician to finish installation, buyer should pay us the cost.

3. Spare parts changing ( over warranty):

      We offer any very small quantity ( much less than the MOQ) spare parts need to be changed

      but over the warranty, just take the normal sale price cost, buyer just paid for freight and MOQ

      price is ok.

4. technolagy service:

      Any technolagy of our sold items, we will provide for buyer freely within our ability.

      And buyer will get our catalogue book(including technical and our newest products info) for free.

Q1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
  A: We're manufacturer. We have our own factory and experienced technicans.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
  A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products 

        and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery and delivery time?
  A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc.

         Generally, it will take7 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time          depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
 
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
   A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q5. What is your sample policy?
  A: We can supply some certain small sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have

        to pay the sample cost and  the courier cost.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
   A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
