The raw materials we use are sugarcane bagasse, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, wheat straw pulp, A4 paper, corrugated paper and other eco natural plant fiber. They are renewable with short growth cycle and extensive sources.
We only change the physical property of the raw materials in bulk production to turn the plant fiber into products. We do not addother materials so all molded pulp products are completely biodegradable in a very short time (within 90 days in soil).
Low water consumption, no waste water or gas in production, in line with international environmental requirements- with these features, pulp molding technology plays a more and more important part today to reduce harm to Mother Earth.

How to Work with KINYI
Step 1-Initial communication and designs
Customers provide products/drawings/specs/requirements, then we make the drawings and quote.
It takes 1-2 days.
Step 2-Prototype molds & samples
Customers confirm drawings & price, then we make rapid mold (3d printing) or aluminum mold to produce samples.
It takes about 6-10 days.
Step 3-Production molds & PPS samples
Customers confirm samples, we then make production molds (aluminum or steel) and PPS samples.
It takes about 12-15 days.
Step 4-Bulk production & shipping
Customers confirm PPS samples, we then finish production and assist with shipping.
