Application

         This cooling device produce tire tread via extrusion method (or calendar method).

The productin line uses spray and immersion cooling method so as to ensure adequate cooling,fully meet the motorcycle tire tread production process,improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.

 

Structure features

This cooling device consist of the following components:

 

 

1.Take-off devices: conveyor belt,slope and so on.

 

2.Cooling device:three-layer cooling tank.

 

3.Lenth cut device:rodless cylinder and disc cutter.
