Ball screw backlash different among P0/P1/P2: 

 

P0: ±0.05mm to ,±0.12mm backlash is allowed in the ball screw nut. Ball screw nut can be slide down smoothly when ball screw assembly being in tilted 45 degrees. It is applied in normal automatic machines.

 

P1: ±0.002mm backlash is allowed in this class of backlash ball screw nut. Ball screw can be slide down slowly whenball screw assembly being in tilted 90 degrees. It is applied in high accuracy equipment and CNC. Only ball screw being machined in Beijing G.H.X Slide Hardware Products Co., Ltd can be adjusted P1 backlash for free. Ball screw not machined by us, backlash adjustment should be charged.

 

P2: zero backlash and -0.003 to -0.015 preload is exist. The ball screw nut can not slide down in tilted 90 degrees when being assembled, only can be moved manually; It is maily appliaed in CNC with shock and vibration state. P2 backlash will influence life of ball screw nut.
