Our horse trailer, model no. 2HSL-E, is an economical tralier for the safe and comfortable transport (or stock) of up to 2 horses or cattle. It comes with sturdy chassis and frame made of hot galvanized RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section) steel, firm body made of galvanized iron sheet, and solid roof made of glass fibre reinforced plastic. It is roomy, well equipped, well ventilated and easy to tow. This trailer features capacious room, comfort rubber livestock flooring, soft cushion horse divider, outside lamps, fold up ramp, window at front, side door, two sliding windows on the side, electric brake on one axle, and brakeaway system. Overall dimensions: 3.74m*2.27m*2.59m. Loading capacity: 1500kg. And it complies with ADR standards, which means it is safe on road. Main characteristics:

1. Study and Beautiful Structure

This trailer has a study chassis made of hot galvanised RHS steel 3.5~4mm thick, and frame made of hot galvanised RHS 2.5mm thick. Its body is made of galvanised iron sheet 1~1.5mm thick. Roof made of glass fibre reinforced plastic 2.95m by 1.75m. It is firm structure and beautiful.

2. Roomy for Straight Load of 2 Horses and Well Ventilated with 2 Slide Window on the Side

Capacious inner space enables straight load of 2 horses and provides sufficient room for them to support themselves and feel comfortable during transportation or stay overnight. Two sliding windows, one on each side, offers good ventilation.

3. Comfort and Safety Rubber Livestock Flooring

Employed is anti-slip rubber flooring, which offers great comfort and safety to horses. And it is easy to clean up.

4. Comfort and Safety Horse Divider

We use comfort and safety horse divider. Soft padded cushion around makes the horses feel at home.

5. Window at Front, Fold up Ramp

A large window 1.22m by 0.30m is available at front, which allows you to osberve them easily. A fold up ramp enables you to get them in and out quickly and conveniently.

6. Outside Lamps

The trailer has various lamps outside its body, like taillights, maker lights and turn lights.

7. Side Door

The side door makes it easy for you to come in and out of the trailer.

8. 5 Leaf Plate Spring Suspension System and Electric Brake on One Axle

5 leaf plate spring suspension system absorbs the shock on rough road and helps make a pleasant trip for the horses. Electric brake on all four wheels makes braking a quick and easy process.

9. Brakeaway System

For safety we have added a brakeaway system for every trailer made by us. It brakes the trailer if it breaks away from the powered vehicle by accident.

10. Sturdy and Durable 185R14C Tyres and in Line with ADR Standards

This trailer employs 185R14C tyres, which is sturdy and lasts long. It complies with ADR standards. And it is safe on road.
