Product overview

This product is made by phosphorus based flame retardant combined with other retardant agents. Being 

carried by polyolefin, it is mixedand pelleted by double screw extruder. It has good liquidity and dispersion rate. It is dust free, low volatile and easy to be processed, nontoxic and affects litttle of  the mechinicalproperties of final products.

The great advantage of the Phosphorous Flame retardant master batch is on the flame-retardant effect, environmental protection, production efficiency, and convenience, widely used in the area of modified plastics Granulation, extrusion, injection molding and etc.

 

Method of use

According to the needs of the user, we can use different flame retardant system and the fire retardant content.

Appearance is cylindrical or oval shaped particles, smooth surface, uniform particles, no impurities.

Usage method 

This product and raw materials can be mixed uniformly, then can be produced.Before using, according to the material storage time and environmental humidity, should do the suitable drying treatment. The suggesting drying temperature is 80℃.The drying time is over two hours. It's better to doing by drying.

25 kilogram each bag, Paper plastic composite packaging polyethylene lined bags.
