2.   Joint Machine For Inner Tube
Inner tube splicer is mainly used in automobile,motorcycle,bicycle inner tube butyl rubber or nature rubber tube splicing ,with high efficiency and low work intensity.

Structure features:

1.It is equipped with advanced hydraulic control system and PLC controller, the transmission part is adopted of linear action bearing that ensures accuracy in movement.

 

2.The horizontal cutting method is applied and the heating temp control of the cutter is in a wide range.

 

3.The joint board uses rubber surface joint mould and is fit for a wide variety of rubber splicing. The joint features high strength and stable quality.
