1. This filler type Environment Friendly Flame Retardant has flake structure, it’s raw material comes from our special defined mines, and it is manufactured through coarse smash, micon smash, physics and chemistry purification, and complex coating process.
2. Traditionally, halogenated substance along with Antimony Trioxide are used to incorporate with polymeric materials as a typical flame retarder. However, burning usually produces hazor and corrosive smoke and gas.
3. After many years of studying and experience in the research of filler interaction to rubber and plastics, base on our advanced technology, this Environment Friendly Flame Retardant provides an excellent performance on both flame retarding and smoke restraining after compounding. It can not only reduce composite temperature in the flame , but also restrain further decomposion of flammable gas.
4. It has the property of anti-incendiary, anti-smoking for various products of rubber, PU. Fiber, coating paint industries.
