The high quality plastic cover blends in well the the interior of cars.
A special storage clamp is integrated with the cover with two spring loaded steel balls to retain the shackle when shackle is in clamp.
The lock cylinder is protected from dust by a sliding dust cover with a fluorescent mark on top for easy use in the dark.
Lock cylinders are manufactured in-house to our high standards.
Suitable for both manual (reverse gear) and automatic (park gear) cars.
Installation
The installation of the lock must be fitted properly or the lock will not give ultimate protection. It is therefore advisable that a trained technician undertake the installation of any gear shift lock.
Because every car model is different the metal support plate should be bend to the correct angles using a hydraulic jack press.
Note : We supply a set of screws and washers with each lock as standard. The steel plates are optional and have different lengths.
